Origin: Taiwan (Hsinchu)
Our steamed green tea is produced by rapidly steaming fresh tea leaves at high temperature to halt oxidation, then carefully refined to preserve the tea’s natural nutrients and vibrant character.
It offers the refreshing aroma typical of Japanese-style green tea, along with a bright green liquor reminiscent of green apples — fresh, clean, and lively on the palate.
Brewing Suggestion
Brew with warm water (60–70°C), or enjoy it as a refreshing cold brew by steeping in cold water and refrigerating.
This square tea tin was originally designed in the 1970s, when The Formosa Black Tea Co., LTD. first introduced its own brand, “FORTEACO”,
to the widely known Government Employee Welfare Centers in Taiwan as well as to export markets.
The design features bold simplicity and a clear visual identity that reflects the design aesthetics of that era.
As these tins have been preserved for many years, some may show light signs of age. The original printed information has been intentionally left untouched, allowing tea lovers and collectors to appreciate a small piece of the tea factory’s history.
